Workshop Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below.
Cancellation by Participant
- Up to 2 days before the workshop: Tickets may be cancelled up to 2 days before the event.
- Less than 2 days before the workshop: No refunds are available.
- No-Show: Tickets are non-refundable for no-shows without prior notice.
- Last-Minute Attendance: Treats and materials may be limited, as quantities are prepared based on tickets sold in advance.
Cancellation by Artivity Studio
In the rare event that Artivity Studio needs to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will:
- Notify you as soon as possible
- Offer a full refund or reschedule you for another available date
- Provide a credit for a future workshop if preferred
How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your booking, please contact us with your booking details.
Kindly include the guest name and workshop date when reaching out.
Private Events & Celebrations
For private events and special celebrations, all details including decorations, activities, and flow are carefully prepared in advance. Cancellation terms will be discussed and confirmed at the time of booking.
Safety, Liability & Assumption of Risk
Participation in workshops and events is voluntary. Artivity Studio and its organizers are not responsible for:
- Hot drinks or spills
- Minor injuries (such as paper cuts or scissor cuts)
- Reactions to glue, paint, markers, or other art supplies
- Slips, falls, or accidents on the premises
Guests are responsible for handling all materials safely and assume all risks associated with participation.
Food & Allergies
Complimentary sweet bites and refreshments may be provided. Guests are responsible for checking all food items before consuming. We cannot guarantee allergen-free treats.
Privacy & Photos
Photos or videos may be taken during workshops or events. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the host. All contact information shared is kept private and used only for event communication.
